-If the rental is without a skipper, the skipper must have a boating license or higher and must navigate with our staff for a few minutes to verify their skills.
-The company reserves the right to appoint a skipper if it determines that the client does not have the necessary experience for safe management of the vessel, and the cost will be charged to the client.
-The company reserves the right to deny boarding to individuals who have consumed alcohol or drugs or whose behavior is inappropriate.
-Before boarding, a fee of €20 for fuel and a deposit of €500 must be paid, which will be refunded at the end of the activity.

Cancellation policy
If the activity is canceled due to bad weather, 100% of the payment will be refunded or the date of the activity will be rescheduled.
Canceling the activity more than 30 days before it is scheduled will result in a 100% refund.
Canceling the activity between 29 days and 16 days before it is scheduled will result in a 50% refund.
No refund will be given if the activity is canceled within 15 days prior to the scheduled date.
