-Excursions will depart punctually, so you must be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
-Don't forget to calculate the time needed to reach the Valencia port and the time required for parking.
Cancellation policy
If the activity is canceled due to inclement weather, 100% of the payment will be refunded or the activity date will be changed.
-Cancelling the activity more than 30 days before the scheduled date will result in a 100% refund.
-Cancelling the activity between 29 and 16 days before the scheduled date will result in a 50% refund.
-Cancelling within the 15 days prior to the departure will not result in any refund.
-Prior to boarding, a fee of €20 per hour for fuel must be paid.-
