-The excursions will depart on time, so you should be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
-Don’t forget to account for the time needed to get to the Port of Valencia and the time required to find parking.

The payment will be made in full via POS terminal (credit or debit card) at the time of booking
Cancellation policy
-If the activity is canceled due to bad weather conditions, 100% of the payment will be refunded or the activity date will be changed.
-Cancelling the activity more than 30 days before its scheduled date will result in a 100% refund.
-Cancelling the activity between 29 days and 16 days before its scheduled date will result in a 50% refund.
-Cancelling within the 15 days prior to the departure will not result in any refund.
