If the activity is canceled due to bad weather, 100% of the payment will be refunded or the date of the activity will be rescheduled.
Canceling the activity more than 30 days before it is scheduled will result in a 100% refund.
Canceling the activity between 29 days and 16 days before it is scheduled will result in a 50% refund.
No refund will be given if the activity is canceled within 15 days prior to the scheduled date.

The excursions will depart promptly, so you should be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
