Rules of use and safety
-The company reserves the right to appoint a crew member if it deems that the client lacks the necessary experience for the safe management of the vessel; the cost will be charged to the customer.
-The company reserves the right to refuse boarding to individuals who have consumed alcohol or drugs or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.
Do not forget
-Bring swimwear and a towel in summer.
-Bring warm clothing during the winter months.

-Excursions will depart promptly, so you must be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
-Don't forget to calculate the time needed to reach the Valencia port and the time required for parking.
Booking conditions
The payment will be made in full via POS terminal (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
If the activity is canceled due to inclement weather, 100% of the payment will be refunded or the activity date will be changed.
-Cancelling the activity more than 30 days before the scheduled date will result in a 100% refund.
-Cancelling the activity between 29 and 16 days before the scheduled date will result in a 50% refund.
-Cancelling within the 15 days prior to the departure will not result in any refund.
-Prior to boarding, a fee of €20/hour for fuel must be paid.
