Form of payment: 100% of the total at the moment of formalizing the reservation
Payment will be made in full by POS (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation of the reservation may involve the return of part of the money paid, depending on the time it occurs:
- Up to 30 days before the departure date is penalized with the payment of 30%.
- Less than 30 days from the departure date is penalized with 100% of the total service.
The client may request a change of date / time in their reservation up to 30 days before the date of service. The change will be subject to availability and will cost € 4 for each of the seats in the reservation.
If the weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the route or for reasons unrelated to THE COMPANY, the activity can not be performed, the client can request to change the activity to another date if there is availability or request the full refund of the amount.
A minimum number of participants will be required to perform this activity. In case of not meeting the minimum number of participants, THE COMPANY will refund the total amount deposited by the client or offer another date to carry it out.
